Caring For Your Hooked Rug: This rug should not be dry cleaned but can be spot cleaned with a mild detergent or professionally rug cleaned. Regular vacuuming and an occasional shake should keep you rug looking great. Hand-hooked rugs may require minor grooming to stay looking their best. A stray loop or yarn may pop up from time to time and should not be pulled, simply snip it off with a scissor. A new rug may "shed fuzz" - this is normal, simply vacuum it off (do not use a beater attachment). This will stop after a short time.
