Ordering
• You may place an order by using the secure checkout provided on our website, by calling 1-866-610-5647, by emailing it to cabinstore@earthlink.net or by faxing it to 1-336-246-5648.
Shipping of Large Items
• Furniture, lighting, and oversized items, which are shipped freight, will have additional fees for shipping & handling.
• These additional charges will be added to your order when it is ready to be shipped.
• Please ensure we have a daytime phone number and street address.
• These orders will arrive through freight curbside delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all items before accepting possession.
• Once merchandise has been inspected, the customer should sign the bill of lading. Once the bill of lading is signed, the customer owns the merchandise and is responsible for any damages. The customer is responsible for moving the furniture into the house and setting it up.
Damaged Items
• If the merchandise is damaged, it should be noted on the bill of lading and a copy given to the driver to report the damage. The Carolina Cabin Store must be notified immediately.
• Damaged items will be replaced only if the damage was noted at the time of delivery. Please call our office if you have any questions.
General Shipping Information
• Please ensure we have a daytime phone number.
• In stock merchandise will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
• Standard delivery charges do not include furniture, lighting, oversized items, and items that require special packaging.
• Additional charges will be confirmed via email before processing your order.
• Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take 4-6 weeks for delivery.
• Multiple items ordered may be shipped separately depending on availability of merchandise.
• We ship most items via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
• Shipping costs are based on weight and will be calculated and added to your cart prior to final checkout. (Exception: The shipping costs for oversized items that ship freight will be added to your order when we process it. Call for a freight quote.)
• We do not ship outside the continental United States.

Our Leathers
• Buffalo Brown, Bonanza, and Tobacco Brown are all top grain leathers.
• All leather is not the same. Each piece has unique marks and surface features which confirm the authenticity of natural leather. These distinctive markings include barbed wire nicks, range marks, and slight color variations. Surface markings and variations in color are natural characteristics of fine leather. These characteristics along with the soft, rich feeling of finished leather are what make owning leather products such a rewarding experience.
• All hair on hides, cowhides, and leathers vary.
• Buffalo Brown is top grain leather with a wax finish to provide the crackle and the color variation. It is full aniline leather and will change over time. Light may fade it or make the wax darker, the surface can be scratched, and as it ages, it is designed to appear more worn.
• Bonanza is top grain leather and is similar to Buffalo Brown but has less wax so there is less crackle effect.
• Tobacco Brown is top grain leather and also full aniline with a wax finish to give the crackle effect and to appear more worn over time. The raw materials for Tobacco Brown are thicker so the leather is not as soft but appears more like saddle leather. Sunlight and use will effect how the leather changes over time.
• Tooled leather is top grain. After it is embossed, it has a pigmented color added as well as a protective coating. This leather generally will not change in color over time and usually does not show scratches like the other leathers.
• We make no guarantees that website images represent exactly the leathers, cowhides, and hair on hides on the products that you will receive. Our picture swatches are a representation of the leather and should not be considered an exact replication. Markings, distribution and tone of colors will vary. As a product of nature these differences are considered unique characteristics in leather, cowhide, and hair on hide, and are not considered defects.
