Utilizing this natural resource helps create interesting and beautiful furniture and is also a benefit to the forest and the environment. The skilled artisans who produce this line of furniture are masters at bringing out the best the wood has to offer. They carefully peel the bark with a drawblade, then hand sand each log to accent and showcase nature's beauty. All pieces are hand rubbed with linseed oil and beeswax sealant for a rich, natural luster.
These Rustic Arts Aspen Nightstands are made from nicely charactered aspen and provide ample enclosed space to store your personal items. They feature dovetail drawer(s) for strength and stability and are available in half-log or flat drawer fronts. (Shown in Half-Log) These pieces have aspen corner trim and leg bases. The tops showcase thick, naturally curved log edges on the front and sides. High-quality roller glides and durable hinges are used throughout. The top is protected with a hand brushed polyacrylic finish for ease of dusting and stain resistance.
When ordering the 1-Drawer, 1-Door Nightstand, please specify whether you want the hinge to be on the left or right side of the door.
